Data controller

Website scope

The website presents Nexomi services. It has no contact form, user accounts or payments. Contact takes place through the visitor’s email application or phone.

Technical data

The server may store standard technical logs such as IP address, request date, visited URL, response code and browser information. This data supports security, diagnostics and website maintenance and is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

DIPIU’s own analytics

After consent, DIPIU’s own counter records a random browser and session identifier, event time, visited path, entry source, campaign parameters, device type, screen size, active time, scroll thresholds and basic performance and click data. We use this to produce aggregate statistics on entry and exit pages, engagement and returning visits. The analytics database does not store IP addresses, form or message contents, or contact details. A network address may be compared in memory with an internal network list solely to exclude DIPIU traffic before recording.

Cookies and browser storage

Settings have three categories: necessary, analytics and marketing. Necessary mechanisms are always active. Analytics runs only with consent. Marketing is currently disabled: Nexomi does not currently run Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers.

Refusing consent does not restrict access to the website. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent blocks further analytics events.

Your rights

As provided by law, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or lodge an objection. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Purposes and legal bases

Replies to enquiries about entering into a contract: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other correspondence, security and website maintenance: Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in handling correspondence and protecting the website. Optional analytics: consent under Article 6(1)(a); storage and access on a device: Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

Voluntary provision, consent and rights

Providing data when contacting us is voluntary, but without contact details a reply may be impossible. Analytics consent can be withdrawn just as easily through cookie settings, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Data portability also applies in the circumstances provided by the GDPR. Send requests to biuro@nexomi.pl. Complaints may be lodged with the President of the Polish UODO (uodo.gov.pl). The website makes no automated decisions producing legal effects concerning visitors.

Device storage

The cookie choice is stored with its date and version. On this website it remains valid for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. The visitor identifier remains in localStorage until consent is withdrawn or expires, or site data is cleared. The session identifier remains in sessionStorage for the tab session. Withdrawal removes both identifiers from this browser and stops further event transmission. It does not automatically erase data previously recorded on the server.

Infrastructure providers

The website uses CAL.pl hosting and Cloudflare for traffic delivery and protection. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect the website.
